Hello, I’m Belinda Robinson, a registered psychologist and experienced coach dedicated to helping leaders navigate workplace challenges, achieve their goals, and become the leaders they aspire to be.

Coaching supports wellbeing, clarifies goals, and strengthens personal effectiveness.

How I work

Together, we create a reflective space to build insights and personal awareness of leadership styles and their impact on others.

Using evidence-based research in motivation, systems theory, goal attainment, behaviour change, psychology and habit-based interventions, I help leaders to improve their wellbeing, performance, productivity, resilience, personal growth, and life balance.

My work includes the identification of leadership programs; coordination and matching coaching arrangements; delivering 360 degree feedback debriefs and follow-on coaching sessions; and interpretation of selection diagnostics.

I have worked with leaders at all levels in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, across a range of industries including banking and finance, higher education, professional services, and marketing.

Before starting my practice, I spent 20 years working as a HR practitioner, specialising in leadership development at an individual and program level.
